1. Affiliate commission ranges from 45% to 53%, depending on your weekly active players and their net losses.
2. Affiliate must have at Least 5 Active players to be eligible to withdraw the commission, If you earned commission with 1 to 4 Active players last week, you must have 5 Active players this period in order to withdraw your previous week’s commission.
3. Commissions are calculated on a weekly basis.
4. To qualify for commission calculation, you need a minimum of 2 deposited and active players each week.
5. An active player is defined as someone who makes a deposit and plays, with a minimum turnover of 100 required to be counted as active.
6. Revenue from Cockfighting turnover (ICF) is calculated as Total turnover from Cockfighting (ICF) multiplied by 3% = Total Revenue From Turnover.
7. A 15% deduction from the player’s profit and loss is allocated for operation and admin costs.
8. Profit and loss from P2P games (Ludo and BPoker) are excluded from commission calculations.
9. In addition to meeting the active player requirements, ensure that every player you refer is a legitimate active player in MCW, as per MCW’s quality standards. Failure to meet these standards may result in commission non-payment.
10. Failure to continuously promote the site or removal of MCW banners from your affiliate site may be considered a contract breach, leading to the termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of future revenue share claims.
11. Deductions may be made from your revenue share if your players are involved in collusion or fraudulent activities, at the discretion of the MCW Affiliate Program manager.
12. Commission payments are processed every Wednesday before 5 PM.
12.1 Negative account balances (i.e. customer winning exceed customer losses) will not be carried over within the first 4 weeks upon registration. After the 5th week, negative amounts will be carried over into subsequent weeks. Revenue Share will be based on MCW’s calculations using their statistics. Please note that the Negative commision balance will automatically be deducted from the weekly available commission.
12.2 All earnings under this Agreement do not include charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs. You are responsible for any applicable taxes imposed on your revenue share by the tax authority in your jurisdiction. If MCW is required to withhold tax, you must pay it and cannot recover it from MCW.
